Adobe Media Encoder 2023 is a universal application for processing any media content. Insert, transcode, create proxies and output in any desired format. The program provides a single functionality for working with multimedia files in various applications. Through tight integration with Adobe products and other applications, the process of processing media content is simplified and accelerated.
Program information:
Release year: 2023
Platform: Windows® 11/10 (64-bit only)
Interface language: Multilanguage / Russian / English
Medication: not required / built in | pre-activated
File size: 1.00 GB
Benefits of Media Encoder:
• Allows you to process multiple video and audio clips in batch mode, which speeds up your workflow.
• Media Encoder is the core encoding for Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Prelude, and can also be used as a standalone encoding tool.
• Create an AS-11 package using DPP. Now Media Encoder, along with other encoding options, provides the ability to create files based on the widespread AS-11 UK DPP version 1.1 standard for broadcasting in the UK.
• There are two new Dolby codecs: Dolby Digital Plus and compatible with Bluray. You can also set advanced Dolby Digital settings.
• Updates to import and export settings. Extended support for XAVC is provided. You can now export to XAVC HD Class 200, XAVC 2K/4K 24p, and XAVC 4K Class 480.
• Additional XDCAM options are available. You can use the new settings to work with open and closed groups of pseudoframes, as well as groups of pseudoframes with a fixed or varying duration.
• It is possible to import SStP files. Red frames are no longer added to MXF OP1a media when the Media Encoder fails to encode the frame. Instead, in the event of an encoding error, an adjacent frame is inserted and a warning is written.
• Setting the frame rate without its own timeline. There is a new setting, Indefinite Media Timeline in Edit > Preferences > Media, that allows you to set the frame rate for source media without its own timeline, such as image sets.
• Synchronization of settings. After using File > Sync Settings for the first time, Media Encoder CC will import the settings and templates.
• QuVIS's Wraptor DCP (Digital Cinema Package) exporter is a quick and easy way to bring your project to cinema format at 2K resolution, 24 frames per second and up to 5.1 audio configuration.
It is important that Adobe Media Encoder 2023 allows you to process multiple video and audio clips in batch mode; in environments where video is a significant part of the content, batch processing speeds up the workflow. While the program is encoding video files, you can add, reorder, and change the encoding settings for files in the batch queue.
Adobe Media Encoder 2023 supports various video export formats depending on the Adobe applications installed with the program. In particular, it is the core encoding for Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Prelude. However, the program can also be used as a standalone encoding tool.
