First it will detect the human face and when face is detected then any custom filter you can apply on the detected human face.ARCore, also known as Google Play Services for AR, is a software development kit developed by Google that allows for augmented reality applications to be built.ARCore Cloud Anchor API lets you create collaborative or multiplayer apps for Android and iOS devices.
